When navigating to the co-operative bank online banking login page, all I get is a blank screen. The bank informs me everything is in order their end, and I can login using Chrome. This is the address: https://bank.co-operativebank.co.uk/CB/p#_frmLoginStatements

Is there an addon I need, or extension?

Thanks!

Hi, open the 3-bar menu > Options > Privacy & Security, then under Content Blocking, remove all blocks; also under Permissions, deselect any block on Pop-up windows. Now reload the site. If that works, should you wish, you can make an exception for the site.

If the above doesn't help, also under Permissions, try deselecting 'Prevent accessibility services from accessing your browser,' then reload.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
