Thunderbird Quick Filter and Search is not searching Bcc: line?

more options

I have an email that I sent from Thunderbird and I included an email address in the Bcc: line of the email. When I use the quick filter or search and use the email address that was included in the Bcc: line nothing shows up in Global Search results. If I use the quick filter to search just my sent folder it doesn't work either. I can see the email in the sent folder but the email address on the Bcc: line doesn't pull it up at all.

Is this a bug? Or is something corrupt/broken in my Thunderbird. I'm on 60.5.2 version.

You can see he email, does the BCC address even appear in the mail in the sent folder. some providers, gmail in particular strip that information from sent emails.

Yes, the Bcc is showing in the email in the sent folder. The email was drafted and sent from Thunderbird so it's not even a question of gmail stripping the Bcc address.

Thunderbird is unable to search the Bcc field on Thunderbird generated emails it appears.
