I have tried all support suggestions but cannot get Firefox to install. I keep getting the Nero installer which locks up when I cancel where I have to use Task Manager to stop frozen install. I've downloaded the full package as suggested, used different drive, administrator, etc. Nothing works, Nero still opens.

Did you get the full installer from Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}

Many have reported issues using the 64bit Firefox. Install the 32bit version.

I tried again the full installer with same result, which is the Nero installer is looking to install CD, and installation will not complete. I also tried the 32 bit version and same result, will not install.

Firefox setups from Mozilla does not require, use or come with any form of Nero burning software in order to install on Windows.

It looks like maybe your Nero burning software is talking over handling .exe files?

Also are you saving the Firefox setup to disk first or trying to run it ?
