I keep getting spam from Mozilla. I try to unsubscribe from all communications, but it says it doesn't recognise my email address. So they plague me with emails, but they claim not to recognise my address. What sort of company is this? It's farcical.

What kind of messages are they? For example:

  • Newsletter subscription
  • Firefox Monitor breach alerts
  • Firefox Account notices
  • Support site notices (like the one you presumably will get with this reply)

Does the message have a specific unsubscribe method that doesn't require you to type your email address?
