The last version that still supported the old EOL Windows XP and Vista was the EOL Firefox 52.9.0esr and did so for over two years past when Chromium, Chrome, Opera dropped Vista and XP (in April 2016).

You can get the 32-bit Firefox 52.9.0esr from here as just pick the language. http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/52.9.0esr/win32/

You are better off using Windows 7 or later or dual booting with a recent Linux distro in order to use the current Firefox Releases.
