Some emails do not arrive in my Firefox INBOX, yet they arrive in my IOS Safari device in the "JUNK" box. How do I fix this?

Some emails do not arrive in my Firefox inbox (running on Windows 10). Such emails do arrive in my IOS device (running Safari) under Junk. Subject emails are from only one contact that I know of, out of hundreds on my Contacts lists. I can find no reason for this situation, nor can I find a fix. In short, I want all incoming emails to arrive in the appropriate Inbox of all four of my email addresses on my Windows 10 computer.

Firefox can access web-mail sites. But it only displays what the site tells it to.
