I had to format my iphone. when I did I lost my two factor for firefox. I log into my firefox account, got to manage devices, click change on two step authentication and click disable. Nothing happens. I have cleared out my cookies, etc. tried again, but it still does not work. How do I fix before I get locked out?

You need a fresh login to the Firefox Account website if you want to disable 2FA.

In case of issues try to log in to the Firefox Account via this website.
