Hello!

I am a developer for the Global Consent Manager project:

http://www.globalconsentmanager.com/learn-more/ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/global-consent-manager/ https://github.com/SociallyCompute/Global-Consent-Manager

I have had to RMA my laptop and my phone within a week and I am locked out of 2FA. I need access to my firefox account, or access for someone involved with the project, so that we can update the project on AMO.

Let me know if we can work something out!

Thanks,

Matt

Hi Matt, you might also want to contact amo-admins@mozilla.org for advice on whether you can associate your AMO account with a different Firefox account temporarily while you sort out the problem with your current account.

Resetting the sync password, or changing its e-mail, will remove all data from the servers.

This is a security feature. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ive-lost-my-firefox-sync-account-information

  • I've lost my Firefox Sync account information - What to do
  • I’ve forgotten, or don't have access to, my Firefox Account email address

Shut down the old sync. Then create a new account.

Can't you use the Authenticator on your mobile device to generate the code to enter when prompted?

Do you have recovery codes for this 2FA Firefox account in case you can't use the Authenticator?
