Have been through everything, got rid of it for a while but it came back, only with Firefox..... Seems to come back after 3 entries into Firefox. Thanks Alex

Hi Alex, sorry to hear about this problem. Where is it showing up? For example:

  • Takes over startup/home page
  • Takes over new tab page
  • Takes over as default search engine
  • Pops up in its own tab without changing other browser settings
  • Appears as a new extension in add-ons
  • Something else

Does it matter whether you start Firefox using its own icon (for example on the dock), or by opening a link in another application that then triggers your Mac to start Firefox?
