I receive an an en error message when sending an email stating that it cannot connect to my outgoing server. The server may be unavailable or refusing smtp connections. Please ensure the outgoing sever connections are correct and try again. I have contacted my ISP and have confirmed my server settings are correct.

In order for us to better investigate this issue, we'll need some more information.

Could you please do the following:

  1. Open the menu Fx57Menu > Help > Troubleshooting Information, then click Copy text to Clipboard.
  2. Open a reply to this post, and paste the link to your troubleshooting information.
