When I try to access the voice.google.com webpage, I get the waiting symbol and the page never loads. If I use Edge, the page loads immediately.

It looks like the addon Disable WebRTC is toggling media.peerconnection.enabled

Yes, that's right, cause that preference does the opposite. Would you disable the add-on when you want to use Google Voice and see if that works ?

Here's something you missed reading online. Edge is now using parts of Chrome for their Browser. That's why it works as it does.

Understood but the problem is that it doesn't work with Firefox. Is there a way to solve that problem?

Hello Steven,

Would you check this please :

Type in the address bar about:config and press Enter (promise to be careful, if asked)

Type in the search bar and look for the preference :

media.peerconnection.enabled

Make sure its value is set to true (= default)

If you had to change the value, then close and restart Firefox.

Toggling the value to true fixes the problem without restarting Firefox. The value reverts to false when I restart Firefox. I didn't see a "save" button.

Do you happen to have security software installed like Kaspersky ?

If so, would you disable it and see if that will keep the value set to "true" ?
