I used a 3rd party tool to convert Outlook.pst to T-Bird files (.eml, etc). Now I can't get T-Bird to import those files.

Chosen solution

Did you do this: Create a folder suitably named to receive email files. Right click on that folder and select 'ImportExportTools' > Import all Messages from a directory' > 'Just from the directory' Then locate the folder where you stored the .eml files select the folder name which hold the .eml emails. click on 'Choose Folder' button

Bottom status bar will say it is importing x number of emails.

Outlook address book can be exported as .csv file. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/export-contacts-from-outlook-10f09abd-643c-4495-bb80-543714eca73f

Thunderbird can import .csv file. In Address Book Tools > Import See images below You will need to map the outlook fields to the equivalent Thunderbird fields.
