How do i delete AdChoices from my laptop forever?

I cant seem to find AdChoices on my laptop to delte it. It is so annoying having there adverts on the top, bottom & sides on websites. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
