Thunderbird upgrade from 68.0 (32 bit) to 68.1 (64 bit)
Windows 10 with latest updates. I upgraded to 68.1 and I note that the 64 bit version has installed itself (the upgrade to 68.0 was still 32 bit). In the process Thunderbird has lost all my mails and accounts. How can I retrieve everything to import into 68.1? Any advice would be much appreciated. In the meantime I am still using 68.0

Solved this one myself. It's a question of profiles. Help > Troubleshooting Information. Click on Profiles and set the default profile to my previous and Hey presto!
For those in Thunderbird that ever read this, this is a really annoying problem (use of multiple profiles) that I also encountered with Firefox upgrade to 68. It would have been so much easier if this change had been well communicated.

But my installation of TB 68.1 won't let me open the troubleshooting menu. Nor Options. Now I have to uninstall 68 and reinstall 60 every time I start TB. What's the problem here?
