MSN is my homepage, across the header are all the pages available to me : Outlook, Facebook , etc. They all open on Chrome but for some reason all open except Outlook on Firefox. I just updated Firefox ( 11/9/19 ) so that's not the issue. Please advise as this is very inconvenient and makes using Firefox my second choice. Thanks.

Hi

What happens when you try to open Outlook mail in Firefox for Android? Is there any error message that is displayed?

This is on my PC. When I click on Outlook a tab appears and the screen goes white as if loading, then the tab disappears and the screen returns to my homepage.No error message,Outlook just won't load. It tries but no go.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
