When composing an email unless I extend a line to the end and it wraps around my lines are double spaced. How can I change this so I always get single spacing no matter the length of the line?

Go to Tools > Options (Edit > Preferences if you're on Linux/Mac), then choose Composition > General and uncheck the option "Use Paragraph format instead of Body Text by default".

I just tried this solution, but it does not work for my version of Mozilla! And the double spacing seems to be only active when I am writing an e-mail. By this post, double spacing is not active. Are there any other solutions?
