I have to check my bosses emails. When I tag an email, he can't see my tag, and vice versa. We went through the setup again, and verified we are using the same settings. Both are using imap. This would be a really great feature if we can get it to work.

ah but does the server support tags? not all do.

Yes, we can both tag messages, but we can't see the tag from the other person, even in the same mailbox
