Sometimes sending a large file works, but mostly it doesn't. What would cause the recipient to see "Link Expired"? This occurs even when the file is sent with a 7 day expiration time, and one download. Any suggestions?

Hi

Can I recommend trying setting it up two downloads? It may be the case that the recipient is not downloading the file on the first attempt.

Hi Seburo,

Sorry for the overdue reply. Finally succeeded with a transfer, took your advice and set for longer download time, but also knocked out the need for password, as that seemed to create problems too. Many thanks.
