Why do you need to use this certificate to access any website ? Is this certificate used by a proxy ? A Google search for this certificate doesn't bring up much information.

Thanks for responding. I didn't even know I had this certificate until it started causing trouble. I can't tell if there's a proxy involved. Since I asked my question, it blocks some websites and not others. I think I'm heading to Best Buy for a solution.
