When I use Firefox Send it always ends in an error

I am simply trying to upload a file to Firefox Send - to share an mp3 file, but each time I upload it, I get a message saying "Something went wrong" after reaching 100% upload (sometimes less). It works if I upload a small file (<1mb) but for 150mb (the size of the mp3) it is simply not working.
