Hi, I'm using TB 68.8.0 32bit

I added the Mail Views control to my toolbar but for some reason when I choose the predefined "All" option, it only shows unread emails. I've made sure that all the other filters are off, so this view should show the entire inbox.

Is there anyway to reset this or correct his problem, please?

Tested on my computer to see if there are any issues: I've just added 'Mail Views' to toolbar and not finding any problems switching between different views when I know there are no other filters and there are both read and unread mail in that folder.

  • Check the 'Quick Filter Bar' is enabled and the 'show only unread messages' icon is not selected/highlighted.

Check you have these settings:

  • 'Menu app' icon > View > Folders > Select 'All'
  • 'Menu app' icon > View > Messages > Select 'All'
  • 'Menu app' icon > View > Threads > Select 'All'
