How To Export a Single Contact from Address Book Thunderbird 68.8?

I just wanted a way to export the address book info for ONE contact from my Thunderbird 68.8.0 Address Book, but all it allows me to do is export an entire folder of contacts. I formerly used "MoreFunctionsForAddressBook", for this capability but it is incompatible with TB 68.8.0 and I don't see any other add-on that provides this ability. Perhaps it should be added to the right-click menu of an individual contact. (Here's hoping...)

Anyone have a way to do this?

The CardBook add-on can export a contact to a vCard (.vcf) file, but otherwise you could create a new address book, copy a contact by drag and drop, while holding Ctrl, then export the address book to a .vcf file.
