I'm an instructor using Blackboard Collaborate Ultra for video conferencing. I've figured out how to share a new window. The students can see the videos, but can't hear them.

How do I share audio of videos with my students?

Hello   charles.townsend,

Would you do this please (if you haven't already) :

When you're on the site in question, click on the padlock at the left side of the address bar.

Then click on the little black arrow on the dropdown (next to 'Connection') and then on "More Information".

Click on the 'Permissions" tab and scroll down to "Use the Microphone".
Uncheck "Use Default" and check "Allow".

Then close and restart the browser.

Any luck ?

You can also try the tests for microphone and video camera on this website (see the the bar menu for the latter).
