Can you program that sign in is within Mozilla Thunderbird mail, because I erase cookies, sign in is becoming a problem
Can you please program that sign in is stored within "Mozilla Thunderbird mail", not on a cookie, because I erase cookies every day, sign in to the "Mozilla Thunderbird mail", Windows 10 version, is becoming a problem. Of course I can solve this problem by signing in new every day, and the next day, and the next day, but, as mentioned, this kind of sign in can be a headache, especially with a really good password.

Thunderbird is just an email client; a program running on your computer to facilate access to various mail accounts set up on servers eg: gmail, comcast, gmx etc. This means you are not signing in to 'Mozilla Thunderbird Mail', you are entering a password to allow access to the server for that email address account.
An example of why cookies need to be enabled: You need to enable cookies in Thunderbird, so that that the OAuth2 authentication can proceed.
Suggest you modify the program that is clearing cookies, session data etc to not include any Thunderbird file.
You can set up exceptions to keep certain cookies.
