Hello,

Since about 3 weeks, Firefox hang on certain websites while trying to load them, when un-ticking all "Firefox Home Content" items. When those things are ticked, everything is fine. Wasn't happening before. Often a gray geared wheel appear and at other times only the "tab text" appear, please see the attached screen shot. I'm able to click on "File Edit View...", the items present on the bookmark toolbar, "Refresh", "Home" but the action is executed only when Firefox un-hang. I'd already get a look at Firefox help tutorials but there was nothing about "The "Firefox Home Content" can cause Firefox to hang".

It take me about 10 minutes to load this current page. "Firefox Home Content" are not ticked right now.

Thanks,

Guillaume

Is this with all websites/pages, some, a few?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
