I have a Firefox account associated with an e-mail account that wasn't working for a while. It's working again, but when I try to login, I get this message: "he confirmation email we sent to ****@******.com was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data. If this is a valid email address, let us know and we can help unlock your account." How do I get this help? The link sends me to the support forum.

Thanks for the article. Here's my problem: --I got locked out of this account at a time when the associated e-mail address wasn't working. --It's now working again. --The only useful data is "in the (old) account" (I'm trying to retrieve a couple old passwords I forgot.) So there's no point in backing up existing data (passwords/logins, which I already have), and resetting this account, if that means I lose all that data. Is there any way to get the account unlocked, that doesn't involve wiping any stored data? Because I've fixed the problem with the associated e-mail, I could now respond to the confirmation/password reset e-mail. thanks!
