1. When attempting to watch YouTube videos, there is no volume. -have confirmed volume is not muted on YT -computer volume is on high

Are there media related messages in the Web Console ?

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

Close and restart Firefox after modifying the setting for changes to take effect.
