Hi jclovesya43, where is the link currently? For example:

  • On the Bookmarks Toolbar (horizontal bar below the address bar)
  • In the Top Sites section of the Firefox Home / new tab page (below the search bar)
  • Somewhere else?

Thanks.

You can hover a tile in the Top Sites section on the Firefox Home page to make the three-dots icon appear.
If you click this three-dot icon then you can find "Remove from History" in the drop-down list.
There is also a "Dismiss" item, but that adds the URL to a pref on the about:config page and this prefs can grow quickly if you dismiss a lot of pages.
"Remove from History" only removes the site from the history and that will remove the tile.
The three-dots menu on the Top Sites line includes an item to add a new URL.
