1 YouTube tab takes about 500 MB of RAM. 4-5 tabs of different sites can eat up to 1.5-2 GB of RAM.

How much RAM is onboard?
1.5-2 GB is not a lot, if you have 4GB or more onboard. Firefox typically uses only as much RAM as it needs, taking into account other programs that are also using some of the RAM.

What specific type of problem is that causing for you?

Plus 53% RAM being used shouldn't present a problem. But I can't read that language so the red message for League of Legends might be a tip off. % RAM is low, but % of GPU seems rather high.
