I recently decided to upgrade my SSD and install Windows 10 on it. I was wondering how I can retrieve the my history/ bookmarks/ username and passwords from the previous SSD and install them on my new SSD.

Thanks for any help,

You can copy specific files with Firefox closed to the current profile folder to recover personal data. Note that best is to avoid copying a full profile folder.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
