I paid $28 to Firefox

I paid Firefox $28 for unmarked videos. Now the mark, the stamp in the corner of the video, is back. I would like my money back or the non-stamped videos back. Who do I see about that?

Agreed. This is the program you used. Not Firefox. I think you were using a download manager.

Mozilla writes programs. I have not heard about videos.

What is the link you used for the videos?

After downloading a video, I am getting the offer from Firefox to buy into downloading videos without the registraion mark in the upper left corner. I had paid $28 for that already, for a long while everything was fine, downloading from YouTube videos with no mark on them. Now the mark is back as is the ad after each download now wanting another $28 for mark-free downloads.

Note the mark on the upper left corner of the pic I'm enclosing of this video.

Most likely this is a feature provided by an add-on or third party program. Can you figure out which one you are using as your downloader?

It is a downloadhelper.net product, so I guess technically it's not Firefox, even though it's a "Video Conversion Registration for Firefox." For $28.50, which I paid, you get registration key purchase of in order to remove the QR code from videos. It was working but now it's not. I see on a forum where others are having the problem too. Here are pics...

There is a forum on downloadhelper.net. I will take the issue over there. Thanks much to you both.

I bought conversion registration to remove the QR blocker. I have a new computer. I have logged into Firefox but it wants me to pay again.

Who did you buy this from? Do you have a link to the site? It does not sound like a Mozilla product.
