firefox always crash when visiting website with media content (youtube, and w3 html5 video test page) i started firefox with --safe-mode and i got this error - [Child 2113, MediaDecoderStateMachine #1] WARNING: Decoder=ffff5d305c00 Decode error: NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_FATAL_ERR (0x806e0005) - RefPtr<MediaSourceTrackDemuxer::SamplesPromise> mozilla::MediaSourceTrackDemuxer::DoGetSamples(int32_t): manager is detached.: file /home/gitlab-runner/builds/DVuPV_et/0/manjaro-arm/packages/extra/firefox/src/firefox-80.0.1/dom/media/MediaDecoderStateMachine.cpp, line 3470 - then firefox become unresponsive and i have to kill it.

Chosen solution

somehow disabling vp9 fix the problem. set media.mediasource.vp9.enabled to false and the problem disapear. but max resolution on youtube is only 720p now

also i have tried to refresh firefox multiple times. and the problem start apear after i upgrade it from ff74 to ff79 and until now ff81 the problem still occur and becoming worse. the require amount of time before crash is become shorter after every update.
