I have windows 10 and already have the adobe flash but cannot access my KIZOA page because it requires Adobe Flash and there is NO little brick icon in the address space to click to ALLOW. What is wrong??? I REALLY need to get into this page to work on projects! What can I do??? THANKS!

Does Flash work on Adobe's test page?

If not, make sure you have the "NPAPI" version of the plugin installed, since Firefox cannot use the ActiveX version used by Internet Explorer. See: Install the Flash plugin to view videos, animations and games.
