I wish I'd known the new version for android was going to strip out all the addons. I didn't see that in any "new features" documents. How can anybody trust Mozilla at this point? I won't be updating my tower for this reason. You can't even depend on Mozilla to put important details like this in the release notes. At the very least, they should have a way to revert back to the older version.

Mozilla doesn't seem to care what their users want. They just do whatever. Time to start trying different browsers.

Perhaps you need the Nightly version. It supports almost all extensions.

PS. There was info, for instance here: "currently, a limited number of Recommended Extensions is supported".
