When I try to download a PDF file on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e tablet with Android 10 (kernel 4.9.186-19495925), the download bar keeps flashing left to right but does not start the download. Finally switched to Firefox Beta 83.0.0-beta.2 on Android and downloading works without any issues. Please fix this.

I don't know the version of stable Firefox I used but it should be the latest since I only downloaded it less than a week ago.
