Hi Ted, it's possible that your home page is being restored from cache and doesn't lay out correctly that way. If you reload the page bypassing the cache using one of these methods:

  • Shift+click the Reload button
  • Ctrl+F5
  • Ctrl+Shift+r

does that return the page in a working logged-in state, or still logged out?

Usually sites remain logged in based on cookies they've set in Firefox. Secondarily, Firefox can fill login forms using usernames and passwords you've saved in the Lockwise password manager. I'm not sure which one you are relying on for this site.
