When I open my Thunderbird email I get the "Authentication failed when connecting to server imap.gmail.com" callout and even though I turn it off, the next time I open it I get the same callout again. Gmail mail works fine and I want to prevent this callout from popping up again the next time I open it.

What's the authentication method for the incoming and outgoing servers? It should be OAuth2. What's your version of TB? Are cookies allowed in TB Options/Privacy & Security? Connecting through a VPN?
