how do I move my bookmark tool bar to the bottom of the browser? The waterfall update that installed this morning put the toolbar at the top. Thank you.

Firefox from the Mozilla server doesn't have a way to move the actual Bookmarks Toolbar although you can place the "Bookmarks Toolbar Items" container on any toolbar.

If you have a problem with a Firefox Waterfox build then you have to take this to Waterfox support.
