how to send bulk email to multiple addresses in TB 78.5

Updated to 78.5 now seems only able to send an email to a single addressee with one BCC. Before update was able to send same email to multiple addressees. Is there a remedy?

I have no problem placing multiple addresses in the BCC (or To or CC) fields. Can you describe in more detail what the problem is?
