1) How to close Firefox Focus with one touch> 2) Changing the email associated with one's Mozilla profile starts with frustration and ends with giving up
I like Firefox focus because - mostly - I like Mozilla, and because it is fast on my old phone. Yet, I want to be able to, you know, just exit it. It has no close button, and navigating away from it - at least very often - pops up a banner that talks of closing and deleting history; and to close the browser I have to click the banner - at which point the browser opens - and then press the back button. I'd welcome some help.
Also: I need to change my Mozilla account email. In an attempt to do that, here on the support.mozilla website (I think it was this website) I had to hover over my account icon and then try - for the relevant pop-up kept disappearing - to click 'settings'. And there was no relevant setting. But there was a button marked something like 'account management'. Clicking that required an extra sign in. And disclosed no relevant setting. For goodness sake!
PS: Telling this page to italicise text seems to insert . . quotation marks.

The farce about changing one's primary email worsens.
1) A webpage that came up quickly in a search - a search about changing the primary email - is a long blog post about the process of changing one's primary email, and that post . . does not tell you how to actually make the change. 2) Another page does, but it presupposes - falsely in my case - that one is logged into the account via one's browser. 3) It turns out one must add a secondary email address in order to change one's primary address. That is a bit involved. 4) Mozilla help pages are full of grammatical mistakes.
I can't believe this: I need to change my primary email because I no longer use that email. Yet, to add a secondary email - which I need to do in order to change the primary one - I need to verify my original email. Which, for the reason given, is impossible.
I will just delete my account - if I can.
