I have successfully reset my password for my Firefox account. However, I am continually pestered by the pop-up window asking for my password, and this pop-up window will not accept my new password. I know the new password works because it logs me into my Firefox account. Ideally I would like to disable this window, as I am on a secure computer, but I can't seem to do that while it refuses to accept my new account password. Please help!

This might be about the Primary Password.

If you use a primary/master password to protect your logins then Firefox will once in a session ask for this password to be able to unlock the Password Manager (Lockwise).

If you do not use the Primary Password then Firefox can use OS authentication (OS account password).
