I've done something wrong but don't know how i did it. Symbols all replaced with boxes. Reply to Sender F1/12 Reply All F1/22 Forward F0/64 etc etc All symbols affected. Using Toshiba laptop Windows 8.1

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

This can happen if you block downloadable icon fonts.

If you use uBlock Origin make sure not to "block remote fonts".
