I am running a raspberry pi4b with the Ubuntu 20**.

I get audio out on everything that puts out audio, except the Firefox browser.

I have checked each tab and find that I am able to mute and un-mute but still hear no audio.

Every suggestion I have found on line, Google, Ubuntu forms, etc has been of no help.

Can anyone here help me?

Thank you

Post a pic of your audio like mine. see screenshot Also, what is your audio setup? I have external speakers plugged into my headphone jack. I would also try a new version direct from Mozilla. Just download, extract, and run it.
