No incoming messages.
On 29 Jan 21 Thunderbird automatically updated to V78.7.1. Since then cannot get incoming mail. The "activity indicator - rotating circle" keeps rotating in the Inbox Tab and also beside the mouse cursor. Can send emails OK but will not save to "Sent folder.
Can view incoming emails via the server webmail system OK.
Hope someone can assist in resolving this problem!!

Who is your email service provider and what type of account is it (IMAP or POP)?
Email service provider is WEB24. Account is IMAP.
