The new tab + sign, until now located immediately after the last open tab, has moved to the far right of the tab bar. Although it is still usable, I prefer the old location. Was this an (un/)intentional change by Firefox or is it a glitch? Is there a way to restore it to its original position? I read the similar question by GrokSurf (9/1/17): https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1173831 and the solutions presented didn't seem to apply to my situation: -The only things on my tab bar are my tabs and, to the far right, the print and new tab buttons. -My theme is the default theme. -I opened Firefox in safe mode and the new tab button was still on the far right.

Any help will be appreciated!

You can try to move the plus in customize mode to the palette window and then move it back to the Tab bar. If it still doesn't snap to the position after the last tab once you close the customize window then click the Restore Defaults button. Note that in customize mode the plus button is always displayed at the right end next to the list all tabs button.

You can set this pref to true on the about:config page to have the list all tabs button permanently visible.
