text to speech option is available only in the reading mode. See this article: Firefox Reader View for clutter-free web pages.

This new Firefox does not have in View does not have Reader View in the menu bar!!! How do I get reading view into the menu bar I need reading view thank you

I believe Windows 10 operating system already provides this feature and works on all the installed software, including FF.

You have to search in the URL bar, not in the menu bar. Not every page contains it.

You can also try to press F9.
