Basically, what the title says. I noticed that I hadn't seen an email come in since yesterday. When I click to download messages, Thunderbird says "Downloading message 1/10", downloads nothing, then says "No messages to download". I can log in no problem on the web and see my emails. My other email addresses, which are with a different provider, download fine into Thunderbird. I can also send emails in Thunderbird from that email address with no issue.

Has anyone ever encountered this? Do you know of a solution?

Thank you!

Chosen solution

Is this a pop mail account? Maybe there is an email jam.

Logon to webmail account. Empty the Trash and the Junk/Spam folders.

In Thunderbird Select account and click on 'Get Messages' If still no download...

In webmail account Inbox, read the oldest email that has not downloaded then delete or move to another folder to get it out of the Inbox. In Thunderbird Select account and click on 'Get Messages'

Please report back on results.
