Searching for non-ascii characters will also match normalized ascii counterparts, leading to too many false positive matches.

For example, searching for the character "å" matches both "a" and "å" on the page.

We should be able to configure whether to normalize the characters or to use strict matching.

There is an option on the find bar "Match Diacritics". Does that achieve what you want?
