A recent Thunderbird update is NOT allowing Thunderbird to open. I receive the following pop up message when trying to open the program:

"XULRunner
    Error: Platform version '78.9.0' is not compatible with
                                minVersion >= 78.10.1
                                maxVersion <= 78.10.1"

All my emails are in Thunderbird prior to this update. How do I uninstall this latest update so I can open Thunderbird and access all of my emails that were there? This automatic update was done when turning on my PC after not using it during the past 2-3 days.
