Save Changes keys combination (keyboard shortcut) doesn't seem to work

more options

Starting from about:preferences#privacy

further to Cookies and Site Data -> Manage Exception

using ALT + SHIFT + S as the suggested keys combination for the Save Changes button (with underlined S) does NOT seem to be effective:

The window remains open. Please see attached screenshot.

Small formal correction:

That's: about:preferences#privacy  ->  Cookies and Site Data  ->  Manage Exceptions ...  ->  Save Changes button

I think this is because "Allow for Session" also has accesskey="S" and that button is further up in the DOM (this 'S' accesskey works when I enter a new exception). For now you would have to use the Tab key to focus this button.

This has been the case for quite some time (I see this in 68 as well). I don't think there is a way to change the accesskey for "Save Changes", so the accesskey for "Allow for Session" would have to be changed.

You can possibly file a bug report (Prod: Firefox; Comp: Preferences to see what the devs think about this duplication.
